Born from long Alaskan mornings and a deep love for good bread.
Toast Fbx started in a Fairbanks kitchen in 2024 with one belief: fast food should feel good to eat and good to make. We bake, source, and top every slice by hand — figs from the co-op, salmon from the river, greens from the neighbors, honey from a friend who talks to bees. No drive-thru. Just a chalkboard, a smile, and toast worth chasing.
